PANTOMIME TRIP FOR CHILDREN AFFECTED BY THE FLOODING IN CARLISLE

Firstly, we hope that you are managing to recover from the recent floods in Carlisle – we know that it will be a slow process and that many are suffering problems.

We have received your contact details from The Halston following their invitation to the Children’s Party on Christmas Eve and hope that you don’t mind us using the information solely for the invitation below.

The 4 Rotary Clubs in Carlisle have accumulated sufficient funds from other Rotary Clubs and individual benefactors to be able to take 90 children to the final performance of Dick Whittington at the Theatre Royal in Newcastle on SUNDAY 17th JANUARY.

The plan is to assemble at The Halston on Warwick Road ready to leave by 2.15pm for the 5pm performance and to be back in Carlisle at about 9pm ready for school the next day! Please ensure that the children attending have had their lunch beforehand. Rotary will provide snacks and drinks during the trip. The children will be attended to by members of the Rotary Clubs, however, if parents wish to attend we will accommodate them as best as possible; however, it would be useful for one adult to accompany children from more than one family group if at all possible.

If you would like your children to attend, please complete an application form (available at CYZ)  or here and return it to tony@parrini.co.uk  by Email or print it off and post it to A L PARRINI (Panto), Hamethwaite, Rockcliffe, Carlisle CA6 4AB by Monday 11th January 2016.

Assume that your children are going; we will only contact you if we are over-subscribed. Applications will be accepted on a first come first served basis.
