Meeting & other room hire
Within the newly built and iconic Carlisle Youth Zone building in the centre of Carlisle there are various spaces available for hire, from state of the art meeting rooms, to the brand new climbing wall and gym. All spaces are available on hourly rates and discounts are available to charities, community organisations and youth groups.
Carlisle Youth Zone is a Charity and therefore no profit is made from room hire, all hire charges are put back into CYZ and to support the young people who attend.
Meeting Room Hire
There are two main meeting rooms for hire in Carlisle Youth Zone:
The Training Room- this room is the most flexible room at CYZ. It can be used either as a large room holding 20 people Boardroom style, or as two separate rooms holding 8 in each. It comes with access to aircon, a smartboard, projector, wifi, flipchart and a TV. Click here to zoom.it
The Board Room- this room comfortably holds up to 16 people and comes with access to aircon, a smartboard, projector, wifi, flipchart and a TV. Click here to zoom.it
Tea and Coffee are served at £1.50 per head per serving. Buffet lunches are available on request.

Carlisle Youth Zone has a wealth of facilities available for daytime hire. These include:
- The Climbing Wall (please note there must be a qualified instructor attending the session)

Please note that CYZ offers no car parking – however there are numerous pay and display car parks and disk areas around CYZ which can be used.
