We have an action-packed time for you each day with themed weeks and lots of activities around each theme.
Please read the below information before you attend:
Covid safety
Carlisle Youth Zone has taken the decision to keep up all Covid safety measures in CYZ. Our Team will still be wearing face coverings, you will still be asked to sanitise and wash your hands regularly and we’ll be conducting temperature checks on arrival still.

You must not to attend if you have been told to self isolate by track and trace or the NHS app, are awaiting PCR test results or if someone within your household has tested positive for Covid. |
Equipment
Please bring with you:
- Suncream – please note the member should be wearing this already and CYZ staff can not help to apply
- Hat
- Refillable water bottle
- Coat/ jumper for cooler weather
Times
10am-2pm
Lunch
A hot lunch will be provided each day. There will be a hot meal, plus a choice of jacket potato or panini. You will need to order your food on arrival.
Please let us know of any dietary requirements as soon as possible.
