We are delighted that one of our long-standing patrons, NXT Recruitment, is stepping up its support for Carlisle Youth Zone through our new #TeenCYZ campaign. 

#TeenCYZ invites businesses and individuals to back the next generation of young people through supporting CYZ in three ways: 

• Give – financial support through our Patron Village or Partnerships with Purpose 

• Get – involved in supporting the charities mission through volunteering, events and fundraising 

• Grow – by helping us broaden our network and introduce new supporters 

NXT is embracing all three. Their staff Sarah and Raluca recently raised £305 through a sponsored fell walk, Simon Kean, Recruitment Manager has recently become a CYZ Ambassador and they have launched an exciting new initiative – ‘Hire with Heart’ – which means 5% of NXT’s recruitment fee will be donated to CYZ whenever they work with another Youth Zone patron. 

This comes at a time when we have refreshed our Patron Programme, encouraging businesses to think creatively about how they can extend their support. We have also introduced a new benefits package for patrons, recognising the incredible role they play in helping us deliver for Carlisle’s young people.
