Supporter Engagement Lead
Contract: Full Time
Location: Carlisle Youth Zone
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 FTE (pro rata) depending on experience
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
This role reflects our deep commitment to the supporters – individuals, businesses and organisations – who make our work with young people possible and will ensure all our supporters feel valued, informed and connected to the difference we are making together.
Corporate Partnership Manager
Contract: Full Time
Location: Carlisle Youth Zone
Salary: £32,000 - £35,000 FTE (pro rata) depending on experience
Hours: 37.5h per week
This role focuses on building, strengthening and developing our relationships within the corporate sector, conserving and enhancing our existing Patron Village of 140 businesses and pursuing new opportunities to support and engage through ESG and social value partnerships.
Head of Fundraising and Development
Contract: Full Time
Location: Carlisle Youth Zone (CYZ) will be the primary base, with flex to combine with some working from home
Salary: £44,000-£48,000 FTE (pro rata) depending on experience
Hours: 37.5h per week
Joining the Senior Leadership team, this role will lead, inspire and support the team to conserve, strengthen and grow our supporter relationships to secure the financial support (circa £1 million pa) and partnerships needed to deliver our mission.
Digital Youth Worker
Contract: Part Time
Location: Carlisle Youth Zone
Salary: £12.60 per hour (equivalent to £24,570 FTE)
Hours: 7.5 hours per week (including 3 evening sessions)
The post-holder will plan and co-deliver high quality Digital Youth Work sessions for young people aged 11 – 17yrs.
Please note that whilst the role includes delivering Youth Work online, the post-holder will be based at CYZ including during delivery. This is to ensure that support from the wider delivery team is readily available and safeguarding practices are upheld. The specific requirements and how to apply can be found here

Hours: 14 hours per week (including 3 evening sessions)
The post-holder will develop, co-design and deliver a high quality Digital Youth Work programme for young people aged 11 – 17yrs.
