What We Offer

space

A space to feel safe, welcome and free to be yourself. Open six nights a week, CYZ is for all young people aged 7–17, and up to 25 for disabled young people or young people with additional needs. Our purpose-built Youth Zone is packed with opportunities – from climbing and cooking to chilling and chatting – and every session costs just 50p. This place belongs to young people.

WHAT PEOPLE SAY ABOUT CYZ

voice

CYZ doesn’t just listen, we amplify. Whether it’s through conversation, creativity, or connection we create space for young people to explore who they are and what they care about. Everyone deserves to be heard – all young people deserve a voice, including disabled, neurodivergent and marginalised or overlooked young people. CYZ hears you all and we work to make our partners and networks hear you too.

time

Time to figure things out, try something new, or just hang out. Young people can drop in and out when they want knowing CYZ won’t – we’re here week in, week out, we’ve been here for a generation already, and we’re here for the next. Our team of youth workers and volunteers are here for the long haul, building trusted relationships that grow over time and offering consistent support through the highs, lows and everything in between.
