What your child will do

Each day includes a mix of:

  • Sport (indoors and outside)

  • Arts, crafts and cooking

  • Games, challenges, and chill-out time with friends

They’ll come home happy, tired and full of stories.

What to send with your child

Just send them in comfortable clothes suitable for physical activity and messy fun, a coat if it’s chilly, and a packed lunch.
No need for gadgets or toys. If they bring spending money, £1–£2 is plenty.

Children with additional needs or medication

If your child needs a bit of extra support or takes medication during the day, please let us know in advance. We can’t provide 1:1 or personal care, but we’re happy to work with families to make sure your child has a great time. Medication must be clearly labelled, with a quick form filled out on the day.

Booking, cancellations and flexibility

  • All sessions must be booked in advance – you can do this online, or with our reception team in person. We can’t accept on-the-day drop-ins.

  • If you need to cancel, we can only offer refunds with more than 5 days’ notice (we’re unable to refund for illness or last-minute changes).

  • Need a slightly different drop-off or pick-up time? Let us know. Book the closest available session and we’ll do our best to accommodate. (Please note: the full fee still applies.)

During holiday periods

Our evening and weekend sessions still run as normal during school holidays, but Holiday Club attendees won’t be able to stay on after 5pm – they’ll need to head home and recharge.
