Most of my work life has been involved in fundraising for and managing theatres across the Midlands and Cumbria. I’ve seen first hand the real impact that quality youth engagement can have on supporting young people to realise their potential. I’m really proud to be joining the CYZ team in 2024, and have an opportunity to build on this experience in the county where I grew up. Its been really inspirational to me to see how such a committed group of staff, patrons and supporters can come together with Carlisle’s young people to provide this exceptional facility.
When not at work, you’ll find me walking Diego – my rescue lurcher x collie, camping or trying to learn to play the ukelele!
