Bookings

MULTIPLE ONLINE SESSIONS PER EVENING

As zoom sessions do not involve face-to-face contact, we are able to allow members to attend multiple sessions on one day – so feel free to book multiple sessions for the same evening, just make sure they don’t clash!

BOOKING DEADLINE

Bookings generally close the night before the session. This is to allow time for administrative tasks relating to the sessions.

RESOURCES AND RECIPES

If the session you book requires a recipe card, instruction sheet, or other electronic resources, we will upload it to the resource portal for you to download. This is also where you can find resource lists of items you may need to have/purchase in advance of the session.

For any members shielding, self-isolating or who will struggle to get resources for the session, we can deliver resource packs to your home. Please get in touch to let us know you will require this once you’ve booked on.

Joining the Session

Details For The Session

We will send around any relevant information by email prior to the session. This will go to the primary email address we have on file for the member. If you think we have incorrect details, you can get in touch by clicking here.

Please note: If you don’t receive the email, ensure you check your ‘junk’ or ‘spam’ folder. Additionally, we are unable to email you if you have ‘opted-out’ of email communications from us.If you think you have opted-out, please get in touch and we can check for you.

Signing on to the session

The email will contain the Zoom code, and also a link to join the session automatically.

In most cases, when you join the session, you will be placed in the waiting room. We will then admit members one at a time and transfer them into individual session rooms with their youth workers.

Please take note of the session start time in the email with the zoom details. You should aim to arrive 5 or so minutes before that time. Please don’t arrive too early, and bear with us while we sign members in – it could take a few minutes to get to you if there is other members waiting.
