Membership is open to young people aged 7 – 18 and up to 25 if they have a disability or additional needs. If you are not sure if a young person is eligible to join, please contact the Youth Zone.
In the event that someone who signs up is not eligible, membership will be revoked and any membership payment may be refunded.
Membership, Booking and Refunds, Cancellations & Amendments
You can cancel a membership payment by contacting the Youth Zone to request a refund. Refunds for membership payments after the membership has been activated by the young person attending the Youth Zone for a session are only available at the youth zone’s discretion.
Holiday club bookings are only confirmed upon receipt of full payment. Bookings are subject to cancellation where the associated payment has not been received. Upon successful payment, a booking & payment confirmation email will be sent to the address provided when logging into the online booking system.
Refunds for booking payments are available, providing a cancellation is made a minimum of 5 calendar days’ in advance of the session. You can perform a booking cancellation online. We recommend cancelling online as soon as you know you cannot make a session – this ensures that your cancellation is recorded within the refund-eligible period if applicable. If you believe you are eligible for a refund after cancelling a session, please contact us to request a refund using the details above.
Bookings can be amended (moved to a different date, subject to availability) free of charge providing a minimum of 5 working days’ notice is received. Amendments with less than 5 working days’ notice will be treated as a cancellation and the new date will be charged at the full amount. To amend a booking, please contact CYZ using the above contact information. Please note: Bookings are non-transferable & only valid for the young person who’s membership it is created under.
Please check your availability carefully before proceeding with booking payments to avoid the need for last-minute cancellations. Refunds are not available for no-shows.
