We’ve sent out an email to you with important information regarding your pantomime booking.
This email includes
- The date and time of the booking
- The booking reference number
- Important safety information for attendance
The email was sent to the email address we have on file for the member who is booked on. If you haven’t received the email, please try the following troubleshooting steps:
- Check your spam/junk folder for an email originating from “firstname.lastname@example.org”
- Search your inbox for an email with the subject “CYZ Pantomime Booking”
If you are still unable to find the email, it is likely due to one of the following reasons
- You have opted-out of email communication from us. This means we are unable to send you an email
- We do not have an email address on file for the member
- The email address we have on file for the member is invalid
