About HAF

Important Information for HAF Attendees
Please familiarise yourself with the below information, it is key to ensuring your young person has a safe and fun time while attending our HAF programme.
Drop Off / Pick Up
Our HAF sessions run 10am-2pm. Please ensure you can drop off your child for 10am and collect them by 2pm.
When dropping your child off, please accompany them until they are signed in at reception. When picking up, please come to reception.
Note: We cannot let children leave without an adult unless we have appropriate consent to leave. This includes meeting you in the car park, around the corner, at the gate etc. If you wish to give them permission to leave unaccompanied, we will need a ‘Consent to Leave’ form completed. You can click here to download one & print at home, or speak to the receptionist who can give you a copy.
Catering
We offer food for HAF attendees. Generally, this will consist of ********CLINT*********. There is no additional charge for this food.

Bookings
Bookings are essential for our HAF programme as there is limited spaces and resources available.
You can place bookings for additional spaces through our self-service online booking system.
We kindly ask that if you book a space which you no longer require, you cancel it to make it available for someone else who could benefit from the HAF offering.
